Olive is where our Cocker Spaniel journey began! After waking up one morning with the sudden need to add a Cocker Spaniel to our family, along came Olive — and she quickly became the first of many things for us.

She was our first Cocker Spaniel, first competition grooming dog, first step into the conformation show ring, and our introduction to dog sports. Olive has been there as we learnt, competed, tried new things and fell completely in love with the breed.

She may have started a whole new chapter for us, but there is never any question about who is in charge. Olive is the boss of the family, and the rest of us simply live by her rules!

Winston, affectionately known as Pingu. Full of personality and always keeping us entertained, Winston is happiest simply being part of whatever is going on. His favourite thing in the world is having visitors – mostly because it means there’s a new bed for him to sneak into and someone extra to snuggle with!

Winston has also spent time in the conformation show ring and competed in grooming competitions, but these days he’s happiest at home, being Pingu and making sure he never misses out on the action.

Chester is our first Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier and has very quickly become a huge part of our family and our show journey.

Bred by Sarah Lowe, Chester has introduced us to a completely different breed, coat and style of presentation. From learning the art of preparing and presenting a Wheaten coat to stepping into the conformation show ring together, he has certainly kept us learning along the way!

Chester is already making us incredibly proud in the show ring, including a fantastic day at the Melbourne Royal, where he was awarded 1st Puppy Dog, Dog Challenge, Reserve Best of Breed and Puppy of Breed.

Away from the show ring, Chester is a big, happy, cheeky boy with all the enthusiasm you would expect from a young Wheaten. He has fitted straight into our Cocker Spaniel household, although we’re still not entirely sure whether Chester thinks he’s a Cocker Spaniel or one of the alpacas!

Bentley, aka Box, Bento or Benti, is one of our beautiful Cocker Spaniels and a very special part of our family. While his eyes might make him look a little sad, don’t be fooled – he is simply the happiest boy, with a tail that never stops wagging!

Bento has enjoyed success in the conformation show ring, earning his Neuter Champion title. But at home, the ribbons and titles are quickly forgotten and he is simply Bento – our happy, easy-going boy who brings plenty of joy to our family every day.

Maple Bacon loves nothing more than playing fetch, running around the property and, most of all, swimming! Since moving from Far North Queensland, she’s had to trade her swimming spots for muddy puddles – but she’s just as happy making the most of those!

Maple has also enjoyed her time in the conformation show ring, earning her Neuter Champion title and making us incredibly proud along the way. At home, she’s a fun-loving girl who is always ready for the next game of fetch or outdoor adventure.
